PRE - MADE CABLES

The production process of our Pre - Made cables pass through different stages ;

CUTTING CABLES

It's the initial production stage , it consist in the cutting of the cable in rolls into the exact length required . Cutting machines automatically cut the length estabilished according ti product specifications .

REMOVING JACKET

Removing the external Jacket , the PVC screen and the insulator at the terminator of the cable is quite a delicate operation . We use high precision machines to insure that conductor and screen will not be accidentally damaged and that no one copper strand of the conductor or the screen will be removed . The experience achieved in this stage shows us that an accurate cutting multiplies the cable durability and the transmission quality .

CONNECTING CABLES

Soldering , head stage of the production process , is the safest method of connecting cable and connector . DOMINO cables are hand soldered with precision , to guarantee the maximum of resistance and precision of connection . During this stage the cable is automatically tested by a panel computer controlled machine to verity the optimal connecting . The mechanical connection of cable to its own connector represents a decisive factor to secure maximum resistance to the wear and tear of every day use . Mechanical connection is secured by a fixing system which in some cases is double . For instance our IC60GD Instrument Cable guarantees and an internal securing by a "clamp" fixing end an external fixing by our special "Release" spiral spring to prevent the cable twisting in the connecting - mdisconnecting of plug even in the most stressful of situations .

QUALITY CONTROL

The quality control , actuated with precision on all DOMINO products , allows the product correspondence of cable to reach the standard technical specifications . A preliminary control during the production process is supported by an additional test to verify the perfect product working in even the most difficult conditions . Only after this strict control our product can receive the "DOMINO" Tag .
